Although our kids our fantastic swimmers in a pool, conquering the open water was a new thing for them, but after a few minutes of trepidation, they both dove in and had a great time. They even swam out to the docks themselves and worked on their diving skills. It was so fun to watch them. And in a lake as clear as Chelan, it was all even better. Sienna spent most of her time with me on the shore but did manage to swim a bit with grandma. Another great trip with memories our kids will never forget. I love it!
Only a few weeks left for summer. I can't believe how quickly time is flying by. I hope to soak up as much fun as possible in the next few weeks.

The water in that lake looks devine! So glad you had another wonderful vacation. Now I need to head over there so I can squeeze that squish...love that picture!
How far is Chelan from here? I am just in love with that water. You seriously have to tell me. I want to go and see.
Looks like a fantastic get away. Summer is going fast isn't it. Hope all is going well with the new little one.

I would LOVE to go to Chelan this time of year, your pictures make that water look so enticing. I'm glad your family has been able to enjoy so many fun trips this summer.
