Go Bulldogs

So sorry about the carnie post...I don't know what is going on with Blogger but we've had words so hopefuly the problem will be remedied quickly.
Thanks for all the birthday love! Such fun for a girl, who, as an extra special present to herself, gave herself 6 extra pounds to love!!!!!
I'm so proud of myself.
The thing is, however, that at the ripe old age of thirty-freakin-two, I have come to realize that this too shall pass, whereas before, I would have wanted to staple my head to the ground. (Just for you Tiffani.)
Don't get me wrong, it sucks, but I will be a-ok. Just a little on the heavy side.

***********************************************
In other news, my new house has been painted and while I mostly LOVE it, I have a small issue with the trim color which takes on a definate
purplish hue when the sun is shining on it.
Go Bulldogs! Fight! Fight! Fight!
So much so that the painter actually remarked to Brad "wow, you must be bulldog fans!"
Brad didn't get it at first but told the guy that he did teach at Pasco High and the colors
were in fact purple and white and isn't that funny?
Upon further inspection, he did see the tint of purple in all it's crowing glory.
Never did the color purple come up in the design of my dream home, but I digress.
Again, everything will be a-ok, as long as I don't go outside.

It's still a gorgeous house! I can't wait to see it all put together which I'm sure will take you no time at all since you are the star painter and decorator!

MINE TOO!! Isn't that crazy? I can't stand the purple trim! We went back to the office to see the trim swatch again, even took it outside in the sunlight and it does not look purple on the little card. We requested they paint over it a dark brown or black to match the door. GO BULLDOGS! That's hilarious!

I'm glad they'll paint yours but I think I'm stuck with mine, at least for now. I had to BEG them to let me have a dark trim in the first place as the scheme wasn't one of the ones they had for you to choose from and since I made such a push for it, I don't feel like I can ask them to "fix" it. It's weird though because it literally changes color depending on the time of day. Live and learn, right?

Not purple purple, but purplish...with a purply hue? Something like that.

Think eggplant.

Now that you are true bulldog fans with the purple trim Brad will have to start attending the pep rallies and the football game. Maybe they will even nominate him for the spirit team advisor. Jeremy

Purple is the color of royalty so maybe that is the message you are tyring to send. Royalty lives here. Pasco royalty.

How funny! It's nice to see all these people with Pasco pride! Seriously though, I'm sure it looks fine. So maybe you'll only be able to have people come at specific times of day. Whatever.

Purple trim could be okay... :) We just moved from your neck of the woods... we lived in Hermiston, OR for 3 years and now we're in La Quinta, CA. I miss it up there!
Oh, I love the pics of your kiddos in your sidebar :) Very cute!
