Brad: "It kind of looks like Hillary Clinton hair. Or maybe Pat Benatar."
Me: speechless....
Brad: "No, I mean, it's fine. It just looks like mom hair, that's all."

That is so funny. When people come and sit in my chair for a new hair style, they always say I just don't want mom hair. What is mom hair? Apparently not cute since no one wants it and is insulted when told they have it.

Well, he was probably trying to say you look like: a rock star, or a super bossy senator... both are good things, take it as a compliment. Or punch him in his sleep.
I'm sure it looks great and that you look, oh so stylish. Sometimes men say the wrong thing sometimes. This would be one of those times! :)

I just came from Lindsay's house and she assured me that I don't have mom hair and that it's quite cute, so I feel better now.
