Uncle Walt Knew What He Was Doing

To kick off Birthday week a few days early, we were treated to Disney On Ice by Grandpa. The show highlighted Tinkerbell, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and Cars. The Cars rolled all over the ice, Tinkerbell flew and a stampede of animals filled the arena. It was magical and the part I loved the best was that my children still saw the magic and loved it. Thanks Grandpa for giving our family an experience for Hannah's birthday. She is still talking about it.

Saturday was Halloween so of course, we Halloweened.

All ready to go were Dorothy, the ballerina, Elpheba-the Wicked Witch of the West, two pirates and a lonely elephant who started the evening as a Hershey Kiss. Anything's possible on Halloween.

Day 2 of birthday week was a success: that girl ate her weight in broccoli and loved every bite!

I love that Hannah was Elpheba! You'll have to tell us what happened with Austin going from a Hershey's kiss to an elephant, although he is probably equally adorable no matter what he's wearing.
